Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Arabify ("we", "us", "our") operates arabify.co and the services available there ("Service"). By joining our waitlist or using any part of the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Early access & waitlist
Phase 1 is a private preview. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by any particular date. We onboard creators in waves and will email you when your spot opens. We may decline accounts at our discretion during this period.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload. By publishing a design to Arabify you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to print, display, and ship it on the products you list, and to show it in our marketing where you are credited. You can revoke this licence by removing the design at any time.
4. Prohibited content
You may not upload designs that infringe someone else's rights, that violate applicable law, or that depict content we consider harmful — including unauthorized trademarks, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or incitement to violence. We remove infringing or harmful content without notice.
5. Payments & payouts
When a customer buys a product, we collect payment, deduct the base cost of the item and any fees, and credit the remainder to your Arabify wallet as your earnings. You can withdraw earnings subject to applicable minimum-withdrawal thresholds and local banking rules.
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, abuses the Service, or poses a legal risk to us or other creators.
7. Disclaimers & liability
During the private preview the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as Arabify evolves. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
